Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Secure Packaging
Place the item back into its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and tools to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
